Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct the error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need additional time to process and post the refund.
