Shipping Information

We offer free shipping to all 48 contiguous states in the U.S.

Please Note the Following:

  • Shipping to APO addresses is not available.
  • We currently cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international addresses. Please contact us at marketing@hprt.com or +1 833-923-1143 for assistance.

Please note that delivery delays are highly likely during national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping and customs delays, extreme weather, and other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during these times. If you need assistance, please contact us at idprt@afterservice.vip.

Shipping Providers and Types:

We partner with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and FdsExpress to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

We offer the following shipping types:

  • Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days (free of charge)
  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days (if you need expedited shipping, select Standard Shipping and we will charge an additional $6.90. Please check this option on the checkout page.)

We ship within 24 hours on weekdays (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. We handle traffic from Monday to Saturday.

Address Changes

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to change the shipping address or other details on your order after 12 PM Pacific Standard Time each day. You are welcome to return items to us according to our return policy.

Order Shipping Time:

  • Orders placed before 12 PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped on the next business day. Processing of these orders may take a few hours or longer, depending on the volume of orders received that day.

If you need your order delivered by a specific date, we recommend contacting our customer service team at marketing@hprt.com to ensure the shipping date.

Order Verification

While processing your order, our customer service representatives may contact you after purchase to verify your order and billing information. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be delayed. The best way to ensure your delivery is not delayed is to carefully check all information entered during checkout.

Sales Tax

All products we offer are tax-exempt. Therefore, the final price you pay is the product price plus any applicable taxes.

Check Your Order Upon Arrival

If your order is shipped via a freight carrier, please thoroughly inspect your items before signing for the package. We recommend verifying the following items before signing:

  • Ensure that the items you received are correct.
  • Check to make sure the packaging is not damaged. Damage beyond normal wear and tear during shipping may indicate that your items were damaged in transit.

If your order is correct and in good condition, please sign for the package. However, if you did not receive the correct items or if you find packaging damage, please refuse the package and contact our customer service team at marketing@hprt.com. We will provide further instructions to correct your order.
